Message From Managing Director
An investigative response is a rational starting point to problem-solving.
Investigations in our experience are limited only by the people conducting the enquiry.
Information collected during an investigation can be analysed. Analysed information produces intelligence. With intelligence as the foundation for decision making, risks are reduced and objectives are more likely to be achieved.
Investigation Systems provides services to reduce risks. Any service we provide is a learning opportunity for the people we work with. In fact, we have developed a learning platform based on our experience. There will be more on this topic later.

Company Overview
We find that people are engaged daily in a communicative process, with each other, man-made artefacts, and the environment they move through. Failure to reach objectives (personal or organisational) is therefore nearly always related to failures in how we perceive our environment. This is especially true when health & safety or security & crime related issues arise.
Investigating workplace failures counterintuitively provides learning that can be used to mitigate future risk.
